A PAM module implementing challenge / response based authentication by smart card OpenPGP Poldi makes use of several components GnuPG (Libgcrypt, scdaemon, Dirmngr, Aswan) and currently supports two authentication methods: * local database: This method establishes the mapping between user accounts and smart cards through a database administered locally .* X509 This method uses the PKI infrastructure provided by Dirmngr for validating certificates. OpenPGP Smartcards are associated with X509 certificates, smart card through the `` field''URL, the user account name to use for authentication is extracted from the certificate.Since Poldi is a PAM module, c 'is somewhat misleading to speak of screenshots Poldi. Instead, we have screenshots of PAM-enabled applications that are configured to use Poldi.
