encdec It encodes and decodes i18n strings, integers, reals, and times. encdec encodes and decodes a wide range of module C objects.This may be used to encode and decode objects C such as integer, float, double, times and channels of internationalization to and from a variety of binary formats as they might appear in portable file formats or encodings messages.These network include 16, 34 and 64 bit big and little endian intergers, float large and small endian IEEE754 and values double, 6 encoding time, and the wide range String encoding supported by libiconv.The functions are all designed to be ideal for in-situ decoding and encoding of complex formats.
