AFROS Live CD is a bootable CD with a small collection of GNU / Linux software, Aranym and Afros. Afros Live CD is a bootable CD with a small collection of GNU / Linux software, Aranym and Afros. Afros Live CD boots and runs completely from CD, do not write something for the HDD and is trying so sure. It is for a demo version of Aranym / Afros. This is not the installation CD Aranym dreamed of yet (although it can be modified to work well). The Linux kernel underlying and associated software provide automatic starting CD, automatic hardware detection and support for many graphics cards, sound cards, SCSI and USB devices and other peripherals. Aranym more Afros provide our TOS and familiar favorites / FreeMiNT / GEM operating environment. Everything is seamlessly integrated and boots after PowerOn directly to Teradesk (GEM desktop). Afros Live CD is distributed as a CD ISO image which is the usual means of distributing CDs electronically. The ISO image file can be burned onto a CD-R/RW, and you get an exact copy of the Live CD Afros I created on my setup machine.AFROS Live CD: fVDI resolution and / or change the color depth: open File C: FVDI.SYS (double-click it and select Modify), locate the "01R aranym.sys mode 800x600x16 @ 72" line, comment it out and remove one of the other lines prepared (or just make your own). Then restart the AFROS.The Aranym Config GUI is still incomplete so Aranym config changes should be made outside the Aranym. Aranym / config. Aranym When you leave you should be able to edit the file with one of provided GNU / Linux vendors (in the future this should not be necessary that I work on the GUI configuration that you read this). Site DSL (Afros Live CD is based on DSL) can give you some tips on maintaining the changes you've made to the disk image or configuration Afros Aranym (you can also read the file restore -> HOWTO in the office X11). Note that this is not tested by me and may be dangerous. Try your own risk only.
